Credits and Rewards
Credits and rewards within the Krang ecosystem are designed as controlled, non-financial mechanisms that support participation and progression.
They exist to structure interaction, limit access where required, and represent outcomes determined by server-side validation.
They are not intended to function as monetary instruments or guarantees of value.
Conceptual Distinction
Krang differentiates between credits and rewards at a conceptual level.
- Credits represent internal units used to enable or restrict participation
- Rewards represent outcomes granted after validated interaction
Both concepts are governed by predefined rules and enforced centrally.
Credits
Credits function as access and interaction units within Krang-controlled systems.
Conceptually, credits may be used to:
- enter certain modes or sessions
- unlock limited interactions
- regulate participation frequency
Credits do not imply ownership, value storage, or financial entitlement.
Their availability and usage are subject to system-defined limits.
Rewards
Rewards are granted as a result of validated outcomes.
They may represent:
- successful completion of an interaction
- performance-based achievements
- progression within the ecosystem
Rewards are not generated by the client and cannot be claimed independently.
Eligibility is determined exclusively by backend logic.
Server-Side Enforcement
All credit usage and reward assignment is enforced server-side.
This includes:
- validation of eligibility
- prevention of duplicate or invalid claims
- enforcement of per-session and per-user limits
Clients do not have the ability to mint, modify, or self-assign credits or rewards.
Relationship to the $KRANG Token
The $KRANG token may be referenced in the context of rewards.
At a foundational level:
- token-related rewards are representations of validated outcomes
- token usage does not influence validation logic
- token interactions occur only within explicitly defined contexts
The token does not bypass limits, override rules, or alter system enforcement.
Non-Financial Nature
Credits and rewards within Krang are not financial products.
They do not represent:
- claims to profits
- guaranteed payouts
- interest-bearing instruments
- transferable financial rights
Their purpose is strictly limited to interaction within Krang-controlled environments.
Summary
Credits and rewards in Krang exist to support structured participation under transparent rules.
They are centrally enforced, outcome-driven, and non-financial by design.
Detailed implementations and component-specific behavior are described in later sections.
